Specifically, ASTM refers to work teams comprised of level I, II, and III personnel. Can a worker qualified under SPRAT work with a rope tech qualified under NFPA as part of the same team etc. While these instructions are specific in their material the difference between SPRAT and NFPA training / qualification between them are not specifically defined that I can find.
