United States Return Policy
This policy applies to orders purchased from pmirope.com and shipped within the United States.
Warranties
All products sold by PMI are covered by limited manufacturer warranties. PMI products have a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Products must be inspected by the manufacturer for warranty consideration. PMI will repair defective merchandise when practical or replace it free of charge. Products distributed by PMI from other manufacturers are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s limited warranty. Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not covered. Please contact PMI Customer Service for warranty assistance.
Non-Warranty Returns
New, unused standard-stock items may be returned by mail for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items returned for non-warranty reasons may be eligible for full credit, less a 15% restocking charge and any transportation charges, under the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- The item is new and unused, is the current model, is in its original packaging, and is in resalable condition.
- The item is a standard-stock product.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number is obtained from PMI Customer Service before the item is shipped back.
Special Order products and Custom-made products may only be returned for manufacturing defects. Sales are final on Special Order and Custom-made products.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and transportation charges. The 15% restocking charge does not apply to orders shipped incorrectly by PMI; all other conditions apply.
Return Authorization
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before returning any item. Items received without an RA number may be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
