With over three decades of experience, she has tirelessly worked both within and outside the tower industry to weave together the crucial elements of safety and rescue.

Her instrumental role in the recent updates to the ANSI A10.48 safety standard, particularly in incorporating vital fall protection and rope access requirements from the ANSI Z359 Fall Protection Code, is commendable. Loui’s contributions do not stop there; she has also worked to align A10.48 principles with NFPA 2500-1670 and NFPA 1006 standards, benefiting rescue responders significantly.

Loui’s active participation in the OSHA Relations Committee and the NATE-OSHA-FCC Partnership Steering Committee showcases her dedication to fostering collaborative relationships, conducting research, and working towards our shared goal of a safe and healthful work environment.
